SMS Terms and Conditions

1. SMS consent and phone-number protection

Phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing transportation or logistics services.

2. Types of SMS communications

If you consent to receive texts from JDK Futures Group, you may receive conversational or transactional messages about:

• External conversations with clients and business partners regarding freight quotes, shipments, services, accounts, and business coordination.
• Internal operational conversations between employees regarding work assignments, scheduling, dispatch, safety, and business operations.
• Freight quotes and follow-up questions.
• Dispatch, pickup, delivery, delay, and shipment-status communications.
• Proof-of-delivery or document requests.
• Appointments or scheduled-call reminders.
• Customer support, account, and billing inquiries.
• Driver or owner-operator inquiries and application updates.

JDK will not use your conversational SMS consent for unrelated third-party marketing.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your request, active shipments, account activity, or application. You may receive up to approximately 10 SMS messages per week during an active shipment, quote, application, or account inquiry. Time-sensitive shipment situations may require additional messages.

4. Message and data charges

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and plan. Charges may vary for domestic and international messages. JDK is not responsible for carrier charges.

5. How to opt in

You may opt in by checking the optional SMS-consent box on a JDK online form and submitting the form, or through another lawful method accompanied by a clear disclosure. Leaving the checkbox unchecked means you do not consent to SMS messages through that form.

6. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any JDK text message to opt out. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, no more SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also call (877) 908-9457 or email contact@jdkfuturesgroup.com to request removal from our messaging list.
